COVID-19 FAQ

Are mouth and mask coverings required in the building?

All occupants and visitors of Two Chatham Center and Chatham Center Garage are required to wear PPE that effectively covers the nose and mouth within all lobbies and common areas. All building staff and vendors are required to wear PPE while onsite, per OSHA standards. We have equipped our staff with the appropriate supplies to meet this requirement.

What precautions are being taken in our common areas and shared spaces?

Touchless hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the lobby for your convenience. New directional signage is in place to manage traffic flow and maintain social distancing.

Has anything changed for building access and visitors?

Our protocol for building access has been updated and now requires that ALL visitors to the building, which includes tenants, contracted employees, vendors and guests, sign in and sign out at our security checkpoints. This measure ensures that we are in compliance with the reopening policy for tracing and contacting in the event of a case of confirmed positive COVID-19. We are also working to activate touchless tenant access cards for safe and seamless access to your spaces. Please request that all third-party courier services or delivery persons sign in and out at the security checkpoints.

Will there be restrictions in place for elevator use?

The size of our elevator cabs limits the ability of passengers to maintain a full 6' of social distance; therefore, elevator capacity is limited to no more than four (4) passengers (one in each corner) riding at a time. We are working with our elevator service contractor to activate a touchless designated dispatch for all tenants - stay tuned for updates on this initiative!

Is the mail room still open?

Mailroom access is limited to one person at a time.

Is the Tenant Fitness Center Open?

The fitness center is temporarily closed. We are working on a plan to reopen it soon.

PARKING & VALET FAQ

Can I park an oversized vehicle?

Yes, however oversized vehicle parking is restricted to certain areas. Please see a garage or valet attendant for guidance.

Can I park overnight?

Yes, our garage is open and accessible 24/7.

Do you accept prepaid debit/credit cards for payment?

Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards. Daily parkers may pay via debit/credit card at entry/exit, or cash at a Pay Station. Monthly parkers can pay via debit/credit card, check, or through a corporate account. Online payment capability coming soon.

How do you purchase monthly parking passes?

What types of monthly leases are available?

We offer a variety of monthly parking options including: Reserved Individual Spaces, Reserved Areas (assures availability), Non-reserved, “Buddy” Parking (most economical), Corporate Accounts (discounts available).

When are my payments due each month if I have a monthly permit?

Payments are due on the first day of the month. If paying via debit/credit card, you will be charged on the first business day of the month.

Can I purchase monthly parking online?

We are currently working on providing this functionality. What if I have a problem?

Our garage staff is available and working on-site 24/7. Additionally, Emergency Call Stations are located throughout the garage.

OFFICE & LEASING FAQ

Do you offer custom-built spaces?

Yes, all of our commercial office spaces are build-to-suit or can be leased as-is. We are flexible and offer customization to fit your needs. Please Contact Us with any questions or specific floorplan requests.

What if I have a guest/visitor coming to my office?

Please register all guests/visitors with the lobby security officer. All visitors must sign-in upon arrival.

How do I rent the Event Space or Conference Center?

Please Contact Us and submit a request with details, dates, and any other information you think may be helpful. We will do our best to accommodate you!

How do I sign up to become a member of the Fitness Center?

Please send us an email at [email protected] and let us know that you would like to sign up for a Fitness Center membership.

Is there a Mailroom for tenants?

Yes, we have a Mailroom available for Two Chatham Center tenants only. There is a FedEx, UPS, and USPS box available for all of your outgoing letters and packages.
